Where the Story Began

25 Years on the Coast. Still Family. Still Showing Up.

Long before Cigartainment® had a name, Joe and Elaine met Master Tabaquero Jorge at their first event together on Hilton Head Island — April 2001. That partnership became family: Jorge calls them his American parents, they call him their Cuban son. A decade later, Jorge's wife Ingrid personally taught Elaine the Cuban-style rolling technique she still uses today as Joe's #1 Torcedor. 2026 marks 25 years of that collaboration, and the coast is still where it feels most like home. Down here, the show usually starts as the sun goes down — most coastal events run as evening receptions, 7 to 9 PM, when a cigar and a good story hit just right. Every cigar behind a coastal Cigartainment® event is hand-crafted by Jorge himself — the same standard, the same family, a quarter-century running.
