Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of cigars do you carry?
All our cigars are high grade premium handmade from long leaf tobaccos.
Most of our blends are Dominican fillers and binder with either
Connecticut USA Shade wrapper or Connecticut broadleaf maduro wrapper.
They are all in the mild-to-medium bodied category. Mr. Hendrick Kelner,
the master blender of Davidoff, Avo, & Griffins oversees the production of
our cigars before they leave the Dominican Republic for our warehouse in
Atlanta.
How long does it take to get my cigars?
Four weeks for a foil & embossed band order. Three weeks for a standard
band order.
Will you ship just in time for my wedding?
Yes. It's a good idea to order early. However, we usually hold the cigars
here in our humidor and ship so that you receive your cigars about a week
before the wedding.
How do I submit my artwork?
We work on Adobe Illustrator 9.0.
Please email an 'eps' file saved in that format to
joe@cigartainment.com.
If 'eps' is not an option for you, we can accept a 'jpeg' file saved in
the highest resolution possible. If neither format is an option for you,
our designer can create the appropriate file for a nominal art fee of
$75.00.
Do you carry regular brands of cigars?
Yes. PVT. LABEL serves the cigar needs of many restaurants, hotels, and
country clubs. In addition to providing custom cigars, we carry a full
line of regular brands.
Why do you use a team rather that just a roller?
It's a more complete experience for the guests. While the torcedor (usually
Hispanic) deftly prepares the cigar, our expert explains the process and
answers questions, which there are usually plenty.
Does your cigar roller/expert team travel anywhere in the US?
Yes, and we have been asked recently if we'll go outside the US. That
answer is also yes. We are based in Atlanta, so when we travel, those
expenses are added to our fee.
